More About Us
Dr. M. Arshad Khan started the innovative practice “Dr. Arshad Health Associates” in 1979 at Islamabad and Rawalpindi with an aim to offer all healthcare and diagnostic services through one window catering to the healthcare needs of general population, diplomatic missions including the United Nations and the corporate/multinational sector of Pakistan. This included but not limited to providing services to hydroelectric, power, energy, oil & gas, construction, telecommunication, and the aviation sector since over 4 decades. Besides this, he is actively engaged in supervising and providing free health care services to the underprivileged in the country.
After completing his primary medical education from one of the most prestigious medical colleges in Pakistan; Khyber Medical College, Dr Khan went for onwards post graduate studies in Internal Medicine and Cardiology to The University of Vienna, Austria which is one of the oldest and prestigious medical and research centers in Europe and then returned to serve his country. Thereafter he completed his specialization and training in aviation medicine from the Aero Medical Institute, Karachi. In recognition of his dedication and significant contributions to the field of Aviation and Space Medicine, Dr Khan was presented with a medal and unanimous election to membership of the prestigious International Academy of Aviation and Space Medicine in 2011.
Over the years Dr. Arshad Health Associates has grown all over Pakistan having fully equipped medical units in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Karachi and setting up and running clinics at remote sites.
