New Zealand Visa Medical Examination
Instructions
- Appointment to be taken before visiting medical facility.
- Please bring the Letter from the Home Affairs Department along with health examination list or examination referral letter which contains your HAP ID/TRN Number, without initiation of your case with the Australian Immigration we will not be able to process your case.
- Please bring original valid identification document which contains your photograph such as Passport, National Identity Card or Refugee Asylum Seeker Card along with X2 photocopies.
- Original Passport along with 2 photocopies (Colored or Black & White)
- X1 colored passport size photograph with white background.
- Complete previous medical record including X-ray(s) if any, in case of previous history of Tuberculosis (TB)
- Please bring your Covid-19 and Polio vaccination certificate.
- Fee for the medical examination in Pak Rupees (Cash/card payment), which shall be confirmed after our team confirms your details on E-Medical.
- All applicants to wear loose and easy clothes.[To wear Undergarments is mandatory], not to wear jewelry and/or bring any large bags on the day of medical examination.
- Females are advised not to schedule their medical examination during their menstrual period; otherwise, they will be required to come back after the last day of their menstruation.
- PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS NO BANK ACCOUNT OF DR. ARSHAD HEALTH ASSOCIATES IN WHICH FEE CAN BE DEPOSITED FOR TAKING AN APPOINTMENT OR FOR THE MEDICAL EXAMINATION. PLEASE BE AWARE OF ANY SCAMS AND ONLY ON INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU BY THE OFFICIAL CHANNEL OF DR. ARSHAD HEALTH ASSOCIATES. IMPORTANTLY PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE ANY AGENTS TO ARRANGE ANY APPOINTMENTS, APPOINTMENTS ARE ONLY TO BE ARRANGED VIA THE OFFICIAL CHANNEL OF DR. ARSHAD HEALTH ASSOCIATES. THE MEDICAL CENTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH THING.

- APPLICANTS ARE ADVISED TO COME ALONE IN THE PREMISES FOR THE TEST AND / OR ONLY WITH PARENT/ LEGAL GUARDIAN WHERE APPLICABLE NO ESCORT SHALL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE MEDICAL CENTER.
- CANDIDATES ARE STRICTLY ADVISED NOT TO BRING CELL PHONES INSIDE THE PREMISES.
